- I was in a work release program, while doing time Virginia. The program works to help an inmate reacclimate themselves back into society. It allowed me to save money because with not having the freedom of movement, I was limited in my ability to blow money.

- Since one of the main issues brought up prior to the "handouts" to these "charities" and which was discussed in debate prior to bill passage was bonuses,wouldn't it follow logically to ask if these were still an issue? Or is that asking for too much foresight by the powers that be?
